Errata
Although every book is put through a technical edit and copy edit, unfortunately there are some errors that slip through the cracks. I certainly apologize for all such errors. I will include them here as they are identified:
- Chapter 9, Page 225: Em is not short for eighteen millimeters, but rather the size of a capital m in the current font face and size.
